Electronic problems not solved. After computer update numerous problems arose. Some were resolved others not. The workers tried many times to resolve. Perhaps better guidance should be coming from corporate when these problems manifest. Now another update is being requested and I am hesitant to have it completed as not enough guidance from above on what possible issues may occur and how to deal with them.
